I. These general terms and conditions of sale shall apply to the Customer of any of the Products listed on this Website https://www.bohemianroyalties.com.It is important that you as a Customer read these Conditions of sale carefully before ordering any Products from our Website. It is important that by ordering any of our Products, you as a Customer, agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

II. When you as a customer click on the “Place Order” button at the end of the Order procedure, you thereby accept the Conditions of Sale and at the same time warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have your parents’ permission to order from us. If you as a Customer would decline acceptance, you will unfortunately not be able to Order any Products from our Website.

III. The Conditions of Sale is valid from today, and until replaced or changed as per below.


“Customer” refers to the person ordering Products on our website.

“Product” refers to the products offered for sale on the Website and supplied by Bohemian Royalties.

”Order” refers to each order made by the Customer on our Website.

“Order Confirmation” refers to when the Customer receives an email from Bohemian Royalties acknowledging the receipt of the Customer’s Order.

“Bohemian Royalties” refers to (Bohemian Royalties (The brand) owned by Crystal Mind Creations) VAT. no. [SE860529018101], Address: Sollerövägen 10, 167 71 Bromma who is the supplier of the Products provided on this Website.

“Website” refers to Bohemian Royalties website: https://www.bohemianroyalties.com

“Delivery” refers to when the Products are delivered to the Customer.

“Cancellation Rights” (In Swedish: Ångerrätt) refers to the right to cancel the Order within fourteen (14) days from the day that the Customer received the Product or Products, which is in harmony with the Swedish Distant Sales and Door-to-Door Sales Act (In Swedish: Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen).


I. Products that are presented on the Website are subject to availability and change without notice.

II. The Customer may unfortunately not purchase Products on our Website, and may not accept the Conditions of Sale if the Customer is not 18 years old (exception: permission from parents’) and therefore not able to enter a binding agreement with Bohemian Royalties.

III.  In order, for you as a customer, to purchase a Product on Bohemian Royalties Website you need to confirm your acceptance of the Conditions of Sale.

IV. By adding the Product to the “Shopping cart” and then preceding to “checkout ” the Customer will place an order on our Website. The Customer must additionally confirm his or her Order by clicking on the “ Place Order“-button to the Customer’s Order.

V. The Customer’s Order for one or several Products shall be seen as a binding offer to purchase Products under the Conditions of Sale.

VI. Orders are subject to acceptance by Bohemian Royalties and availability of the ordered Product. If ordered Products are not available, Bohemian Royalties will inform the Customer by email and the Customer will have the option to either wait until the Product will be available again or to cancel the Order.

VII. After placing an Order, the Customer will receive an email from Bohemian Royalties acknowledging the receipt of the Customer’s Order (“Order Confirmation”), which will represent a binding agreement between the Customer and Bohemian Royalties.


I. The prices for the Products are stated in the Order Confirmation.

II. All prices in the Order Confirmation are stated in [SEK] and include applicable VAT and any other taxes, delivery costs etc. Purchasing Products from other countries than Sweden may also constitute payment of customs duties, which are not included in the price. Any customs duties payable shall be paid by the Customer to the customs or other relevant authorities in the country where the Products are finally delivered.

III. The payment can be made with credit card, Klarna and PayPal.

IV. In case of credit card payment the due amount will be drawn directly.

V. The prices stated on the Website and in each Order Confirmation are given with reservation for increased supplier prices, printing errors and any incorrect stated specifications.

VI. All Products remain Bohemian Royalties property until full payment is made.

VII. All transfers conducted through our Website are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Feel free to read the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions that are made.


I. Products in stock (not our jewelry, since they are made to order) will be shipped within 2-5 business days, with reservation for delays beyond our control. Our jewelry (which are made to order) will be shipped within approximately 1-2 weeks. The shipping is free when you purchase for more than SEK 500. Purchases for less than SEK 500 are added a shipping cost of SEK 49.

Products that are currently out of stock – Please send us an email to info@bohemianroyalties.com, and we will inform you as soon as the products are back in stock.

II. Bohemian Royalties reserves the right to adjust the freight rates and service fees as stated above if necessary in accordance with price increases occurring during the period between the day when the Order was placed and the day of Delivery.

III. The risk for the Products passes to the Customer upon Delivery.

IV. If the order package is not collected by the customer, Bohemian Royalties have the right to and will charge a fee of SEK 300 to cover the fees that occur when the package is returned to us. If you regret your purchase, you must pick up the package and return it to us (and hereby pay the return cost).

V. Bohemian Royalties is not responsible for incorrectly written address details. Be extra careful when writing your name, address, e-mail and phone number.


Our Jewelry

I. Since all our jewelry is made to order, we do not offer returns for a refund. All sales are final.

Other products

I. The Customer has the right due to the Distant Sales and Door-to-Door Sales Act (In Swedish: Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen) to cancel the Order within fourteen (14) business days from the day that the Customer received the Products (so called “Withdrawal Period”) (In Swedish: Ångerrätt).

II. The right to cancel is used by notifying Bohemian Royalties by email that you are cancelling the purchase, and then sending back the Products to us preferably by registered mail (In Swedish: REK brev), since you are responsible for the product until Bohemian Royalties receives it. The product should be returned within 14 days and the customer have to pay the postage costs. The product shall be sent back unused and in its unused original package.

III. If the Order is cancelled within the Cancellation Period, the Customer will be refunded the price of the product by Bohemian Royalties within [14] days from the day that Bohemian Royalties received the returned Products.

IV. The customer also have to pay for eventual invoice fee, due to cancellation.

V. Custom orders are not subject to cancellation right. This means all types of manufacturing, extension/shortening, reprocessing and remanufacturing.


I. A Product is defective if the Product deviates from what is set forth in the Order or in any respect deviates from the Customer’s legitimate expectations based upon the information provided by Bohemian Royalties.

II. If a Product is defective the Customer has the right to claim repair, re-delivery, price reduction or compensation to rectify the defect, withhold payment, or, if the defect is of major importance to the Customer, cancel the Order.

III. Bohemian Royalties has the primarily right to offer repair or re-delivery if it can be made within reasonable time and without any additional costs for the Customer.

IV. Bohemian Royalties is not responsible if the defect is due to
–       an accident that occurred after the customer received it
–       customer having mishandled or used it incorrectly
–       customer having ignored care and maintenance instructions


I. The Customer need to make a complaint of the defective Product to Bohemian Royalties within reasonable time after the defect was discovered (In Swedish: reklamation). The right to return a product due to defect is used by sending an email to info@bohemianroyalties.com. A proof of purchase is always required, please provide it with the complaint.

II. The Customer must report Bohemian Royalties why he or she thinks the Product is defective. If the complaint is made within two (2) months after the defect was discovered it is considered to be made on due date. After two (2) years the Customer has lost his or her right to make a complaint, unless no warranty states otherwise.

III. Bohemian Royalties will only bear the return costs if the Product is defective or wrongly delivered. Bohemian Royalties have the right to check/control the product before we can accept a complaint.

IV. If repair or re-delivery is not made within a reasonable time after the complaint is made, the Customer has the right to claim price reduction or to cancel the purchase of the relevant Product.

V. Send back the Products to us preferably by registered mail (In Swedish: REK brev), since you are responsible for the product until Bohemian Royalties receives it. Please send the product to: Bohemian Royalties, C/O Crystal Mind Creations, Sollerövägen 10, 167 71 Bromma.

VI. Items on SALE or CUSTOM ORDERS are not refundable.


I. We reserve ourselves for any printing errors or misprints on this website. We also cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true colors of the products. This depends on the type of computer you are using as well as the settings that are made. Also note that stones and crystals are living things, none of them are the other bodies, they are all unique
